This Returns Policy outlines how and when you can return items purchased from Zentra Flow, what conditions apply, and the steps to follow for a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, receipt, or invoice number is required to process your return.

  4. Return Authorization: Returns without an official Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted. Please contact our customer support before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to their nature, safety concerns, or customization. These include:

  • Custom or special-order items: Any product made or customized specifically for you.

  • Clearance and final-sale products: Marked-down or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Used or damaged items: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • Assembled products: Items that have been assembled or installed (e.g., swing sets, garden sheds, trailers).

  • Perishable or consumable parts: Coffee filters, generator oil, or printer ink cartridges once opened.

Category-Specific Return Conditions

Because Zentra Flow offers a wide range of products, some categories have additional conditions:

1. Lawn Mowers & Garden Equipment

  • Must be unused and free from fuel or oil.

  • Once fuel is added, the mower cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Ensure all original accessories and manuals are included in the return package.

2. Automotive Equipment

  • Returns are only accepted if the equipment has not been installed or used.

  • Diagnostic tools or accessories that connect to vehicles must remain sealed.

  • Oil, grease, or any mechanical contamination voids the return eligibility.

3. Coffee Makers & Kitchen Appliances

  • The coffee maker must be returned clean, unused, and in its original box.

  • Used or tested coffee machines cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

  • Any broken glass or damaged parts upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours.

4. Furniture & Storage Items (Drawers, Storage Sheds, Garden Sheds)

  • Must be returned unassembled and in original packaging.

  • Assembled or partially assembled products are not eligible for return.

  • Items damaged due to improper assembly are not covered.

5. Gaming Hub Products & Electronics (Graphics Cards, Printers, etc.)

  • The item must be returned in new condition with all cables, drivers, and manuals.

  • Tampered serial numbers or missing components void return eligibility.

  • Defective electronics must go through manufacturer warranty channels if applicable.

6. Outdoor Structures (Swing Sets, Trailers, etc.)

  • Due to their large size, these products require special handling.

  • Returns will only be accepted if unassembled and in original cartons.

  • Damaged or installed units cannot be accepted once assembled or used outdoors.

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Get Authorization:
    Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  4. Ship It Back:
    After receiving return approval, you can ship your item to our official return center at the following address:

    Please make sure to include your Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for safe delivery.

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

  5. Confirmation:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return and any applicable refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product was delivered damaged or defective, Zentra Flow will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Zentra Flow is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Inspection and Approval

After receiving your return, our inspection team will check the item’s condition to ensure it meets our return requirements. This process usually takes 3–5 business days after the item’s arrival.

If approved, your return will move forward for a refund or exchange (based on your request). If the return does not meet our criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), it may be refused or only partially refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photos or videos showing the problem.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

  • Please do not attempt to repair or modify the item yourself, as this may void eligibility for return or replacement.

Exchange Option

If you prefer to exchange your item (for example, a different model of coffee maker or another graphics card variant), please contact us first to check stock availability.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within the 30-day window.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error.
